Thank you for your interest in the role of Director of Operations at Brandon Trust.

We are an independent charity with over 2,000 staff supporting around 1,500 children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism. We do that by providing individualised high-quality support, that is genuinely life-enhancing. The support we provide ranges from light-touch enabling services through to long-term residential care for people with complex needs.

Headquartered in Bristol, we operate across the south of England and south Midlands, from London through Warwickshire to Cornwall.

You will work alongside the Chief Executive to inspire the organisation to continually strive to achieve our vision for the people we support through positive, inclusive and visible leadership.

We need to lead with passion and our hearts but run the organisation as a business.
